Liam Jackson

Liam has vast experience of dealing with cases in the Police Station varying from all kinds of cases of serious nature as well as motoring offences. He is an Associate Solicitor having been with the firm since 2021, and is also a Duty Solicitor.

He has had conduct of cases that have progressed towards the Crown Court, including murder, robberies, sexual allegations, and Fraud.

Liam has a large interest in specifically Fraud offences and as well as dealing with Youths arrested at the Police Station.

R v T – S18 GBH and Harassment sentencing for a Youth which resulted in a Youth Referral Order.

R v B – Fully effective sexual assault trial which resulted in an acquittal for the Defendant.

R v M – Ongoing murder investigation which resulted in 3 separate interviews.

R v W – Successful exceptional hardship argument to retain a specialist nurse’s drivers’ licence.

R v N – Successful arguments against destruction orders for a defendant’s dog.

R v M – Representing defendant who was acquitted of rape following a 5-day trial.
